DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION CLOSED-CIRCUIT VIDEO TAPING (CCTV) EKOME BRANCH
In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Council and the
Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data
of personal data and on the free movement of such data and

we inform you that the images obtained by video surveillance are processed and therefore
your personal data, in accordance with the terms set out below:

Purpose of processing. The processing of your data is carried out exclusively
and only for security purposes, persons and assets through a closed
video surveillance.

The Data Controller may have a legitimate interest in the processing of your personal data in order to maintain the security of the premises and procedures, the same
data subjects and ultimately, the goods it hosts and the services

only image data and we restrict downloading only to areas that we consider to be of high

Data retention period. The images will be kept for a maximum period of time fifteen (15) working days after they have been taken, unless they must be stored for a maximum of
