TERMS OF VIDEOTAPING (QR CODE)

DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION CLOSED-CIRCUIT VIDEO TAPING (CCTV) EKOME BRANCH

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Council and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data of personal data and on the free movement of such data and as well as Law 4624/2019 (Government Gazette A΄137) which sets out measures for the implementation of the GDPR and Directive (EU) 2016/680 is incorporated into national legislation, as applicable at any given time we inform you that the images obtained by video surveillance are processed and therefore your personal data, in accordance with the terms set out below:

video surveillance.

Legal basis for processing. The Data Controller may. lawfully process your personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller The Data Controller may have a legitimate interest in the processing of your personal data in order to maintain the security of the premises and procedures, the same data subjects and ultimately, the goods it hosts and the services services offered, against unlawful acts such as theft, sabotage, etc. Similarly we lawfully process your data based on our legitimate interest to to protect the life, physical integrity and property of both personal and private data subjects and third parties present on our premises. We process only image data and we restrict downloading only to areas that we consider to be of high risk, such as at the entrances to the Branch, without focusing on areas where the privacy of the subjects could be depicted, taking taking into account the subjects’ right to respect for their privacy.

Data retention period. The images will be kept for a maximum period of time fifteen (15) working days after they have been taken, unless they must be stored for a maximum of to prove the commission of acts against the safety of persons, property, or property or premises, and shall thereafter be deleted from the systems and shall be irretrievable. In particular, in the case of a criminal act committed against security of the controller, his or her property or premises, recorded images as evidence shall be kept in a separate file for period of one (1) month, except in exceptional cases where the incident requires further investigation. In the case of a criminal act against a third party, the relevant recorded images shall be kept for a period of three (3) months.

In order to achieve the aforementioned purposes, the Data Controller shall.
